Five comfortable and well-equipped self-catering cottages (sleeping from 2 - 6) set in glorious countryside on the Shropshire / Herefordshire border just seven miles from historic Ludlow. There are country walks from the door in all directions and we are pleased to welcome pets and children.
Mocktree Barns were once a set of farm buildings, but have been converted to provide five distinctive and individually furnished cottages situated around a south-facing courtyard. We live in the adjacent house, once the threshing barn.
We are actively involved in promoting green tourism and we garden organically. Guests are welcome to enjoy our wildlife friendly gardens and the courtyard has tables and chairs for eating outdoors in the summer.
Two of the cottages (Kit and Weavers) are suitable for less mobile guests and have been awarded Level 1 in the National Accessible Scheme.
Kibble Mill Cottage is rather special and is furnished with 'a hint of yesteryear'. It is part of the South Shropshire Vintage Trail.
Check the details of individual cottages from the Cottages page and then check Availability.
