Tariff & Booking

Short breaks (3 nights minimum) start from £130 for a small cottage in Low Season.

All heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the tariff.

Pet supplement £10 per booking. No more than two pets please.

One or two week holidays
We are happy to accept bookings starting on any day except Sunday.

Please see our availability page to check that your chosen cottage may be available.

You should then contact us by email mocktreebarns@care4free.net or phone 01547 540441 to confirm your booking.

Once we have accepted your booking click here to print our booking form.

A (non-returnable) deposit of one quarter of the holiday rental should be sent with the booking form. The remaining balance should be paid four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. You are advised to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance - we can supply details if required.

Short Breaks
We are able to offer short breaks, but generally only in the off-peak period. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will then be able to give you the appropriate tariff.

Public Transport Booking Discount
We are pleased to offer 10% off our tariff for guests arriving by public transport. We are just 7 miles away from Ludlow mainline station and have a country bus service passing our gate. We can arrange cycle hire, a reliable local taxi service, drop off / pick up for walks and delivery of groceries. If you do plan to use public transport please discuss your proposed travel arrangements with us before you book.

Pets and children
We are happy to accept up to two well-behaved dogs in each cottage, but these must be kept on a lead in our grounds and the surrounding farmland.
Babies and children of all ages are welcome. We are able to provide some equipment and toys. Please ask for details and see our accessibility page here.
